In estimating potential projects, we consider our clients' incorporation status and budgetary constraints as much as the scope of work required. When we're really excited about a project, we work with them to define a scope/budget balance that meets everyone's needs. The following fee structure is provided as a guideline for potential clients who think NotLimited might be a good fit and are looking to define their own budgets and project cycles before contacting us. Websites

NotLimited website design budgets start at US$12,000 and up. A typical website project cycle is 3-6 months. More complex CMS-driven sites and integrations start at US$20,000 and generally take 5-9 months to complete.

Digital Design

Digital installations and kiosks start at US$5,000 at a typical 4-week cycle. HTML eMail or single-page event sitelets start at US$2,000. PowerPoint or Keynote presentations start at US$4,000 and are usually complete within 2 weeks.

Print Work

Our basic collateral design package starts at US$2,500. More elaborate ID and media kits start at US$7,500. Books and multi-page literature designs start at US$7,500. Periodicals and newspapers start at US$8,000 per issue.

Branding & ID

NotLimited branding design projects start at US$15,000 (including digital asset packages, color maps and typography & style guides), encompassing a typical 3 month cycle. Digital stationery templates start at US$2,500.

consulting & other services

As consultants, we partner with our clients in managing and directing their communications efforts. Often, our clients contract us for an agreed number of billable monthly hours. NotLimited's usual hourly consulting rate is US$120 per hour. Our customary on-site per diem is US$350 plus travel expenses. Other services frequently requested by our clients include: Art directed, on-site photoshoots starting at US$6,000 for a 3-day shoot; Content development and editorial services starting at US$35 per hour for basic editing, and; Art acquisition starting at US$120 per sourced image.
